I led the design, research, and worked closely with product on strategy for Albertson’s first digital mobile “Order Ahead” in-store deli pickup.

Digital Ticketing - Jewel Osco

Jewel-Osco wanted to upgrade the old fashioned “take a paper ticket” deli experience to a more efficient digital process. I led the design vision, research and helped with product strategy.

Product Detail Page

I was motivated to redesign our PDP in order to provide useful product information for our customers and hopefully encourage them to add items from this page. Most of our customers were adding items directly from the product card, so I wanted to understand what type of customer would head to the PDP, and what they look for determine if they want to add the item. Through surveying and competitive research, I discovered our customer priorities and drove 3% more engagement on the page with 1.5% more cart additions.
